Hybrid Vehicles Will Dominate

This morning I am doing my typical online surfing as well as reading the paper after working and before going to sports for kids for the day. I received a free carguide magazine in the mail today by an accident, woot woot. It is surprising how low many of the prices are..top end vehicles are as low as $20,000. Is this because the government is contemplating making a ban on selling or buying vehicles that are not hybrid or using some other sort of environmentally sustainable fuel source?

The infrastructure for alternative fuel vehicles is non-existent to put them in place is costly and realistically you will not see them until they are needed, and electric cars in a country where most of the power is derived from fossil fuels and the temperature drops well below that for optimum battery efficiency is well pointless...

Oh I'm sure that it is inevitable, but then again when given enough time and there are no longer other alternatives most things are... but I do agree with you and I also think that the burning of fossil fuels is in itself a tremendous waste of a very useful substance(ie. the vast amount of polymers that can synthesized from some fossil fuels)
